Design specification

YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor is a kind of AC constant torque speed regulating motor, which can be controlled to achieve uniform stepless speed regulation.

YCT series motor with speed negative feedback automatic adjustment system, speed change rate is less than 3%; No out-of-control area, wide speed range, up to 10:1; Small control power, smooth start, easy to use and maintain.

YCT series motor is a simple and reliable constant torque stepless speed regulating motor, which is composed of squirrel cage asynchronous motor, electromagnetic slip clutch and controller.

This series of products can be stepless speed regulation within the rated speed, and can output rated torque. When running, according to the change of the load, the controller speed negative feedback system can automatically adjust the excitation current of the clutch, the output shaft speed is basically unchanged, suitable for the load torque increases with the speed of the equipment, such as fans, water pumps and other loads, simple structure, easy operation, environmental adaptability, cheap.

This series of products is suitable for constant torque stepless speed regulation occasions, but also suitable for fans, pumps, mining machinery and other equipment.

Installation and maintenance:

(1) Before the motor installation, the insulation resistance of the motor winding, excitation winding and tachometer generator winding should be measured by 500V megohm meter, and the resistance value should not be less than 5 megohm, otherwise it should be dried;

(2)YCT112 ~ 200 can be connected with elastic coupling or pulley; YCT225 ~ 355 is connected with elastic coupling. Special reminder: the matching size between the inner hole of the shaft or pulley and the output shaft of the motor must be appropriate, improper matching size will cause installation difficulties, and it is easy to cause bearing damage in serious cases!

(3) Outlet mark: F1, F2 excitation coil; U, V, W tachometer generator.

(4) Starting, running, stopping the motor can be started at full voltage, and can also be started at reduced voltage when the transformer capacity is limited. Drag the motor to start, turn on the controller power, and gradually adjust the speed control knob to the required output speed. When stopping, first adjust the controller speed control knob to zero, and then drag the power supply of the motor and the controller power supply in turn (in order to make the load machinery stop quickly, you can also cut off the power supply of the drag motor, and then adjust the controller knob to zero). Special reminder: When shutdown, it is necessary to cut off the controller power in time!! Excitation coil power for a long time will cause insulation aging, serious will lead to excitation coil failure!
