Product overview
YE3 (YE2) series three-phase asynchronous motors meet the secondary (tertiary) efficiency standards specified in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized three-phase asynchronous Motors". At the same time, it meets the IE3 energy efficiency level of IEC60034-30-2008 standard.
Its efficiency improvement design meets the national requirements for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the manufacturing industry.
YE3 (YE2) series motors are installed in accordance with IEC60034 standards. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, high protection level, high insulation level, and can be widely used in fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, transportation machinery and other general mechanical equipment, and can also be used in petroleum, chemical, steel, mining and other places with harsh environment.

Detailed description
♦Field condition
YE3 (YE2) series motors can be applied to most occasions and environments. The standard operating conditions of the motor are -20°C to +40°C at an altitude of 1000 meters.
♦Temperature rise and insulation
The motor is designed according to class F insulation (155°C) and assessed according to Class B insulation (80K), and the service life and reliability of the motor are guaranteed.
♦Cooling and ventilation
The standard cooling method is completely enclosed self-fan-cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with a co-flow plastic fan. Comply with IC411 in IEC 60034-6.
♦Class of protection
The motor is IP55 protected and can be used in dusty or humid environments. Motors with higher protection levels can also be provided according to customer requirements.
♦Motor protection
PTC, PT100 and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed according to requirements.
♦Voltage and frequency
The standard motor is 380V/50HZ. It can design 50Hz motor with arbitrary voltage in the range of 200~660V. When the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage soil by 5%, it can still run well.
♦Vibration
YE3 (YE2) series motor vibration speed under no-load meets class A. Class B motors are available for special requirements.
♦Junction box position
The junction box above or to the right of the frame is the standard YE3 (YE2) series motor.
♦Quality assurance
